About the home ~
I live here and own the flat. It’s a bright, comfortable space with a really nice balance - friendly and social at times, but also calm and easy to live in.
I’m currently working in Milton Keynes, so I’m around mostly evenings and weekends. My partner Marie visits regularly too and adds to the relaxed, positive atmosphere here.
This isn’t a party house, but it’s also not somewhere where everyone hides away - the living room is definitely for everyone to use but I value alone time too.
During the week the flat is usually fairly quiet because everyone tends to be busy with work and their own plans.
The space ~
You’re welcome to use shared spaces - this isn’t a “live in your room” setup.
The flat includes shared access to:
• Living room
• Kitchen (with your own cupboard and fridge/freezer space)
• Bathroom and second toilet
• Balcony, communal garden, bike shed, and free parking
All bills are included, along with fibre broadband and a weekly cleaner for communal areas.
The bedroom comes furnished with:
• Memory foam bed
• Wardrobe and drawers
• Desk and TV
We’re a 10-minute walk from ASDA and close to Old Town, with great cafes, pubs, and Gadebridge Park nearby.
About me~
I’m pretty sociable and generally easy to get along with. I’m caring and conscientious and enjoy forming connections but also have my own life and am out a lot.
I enjoy good conversation, board games, and Nintendo. While pretty much sober, I love dancing and I’m not terrible at salsa.
If you fancy a game of pool or table tennis I'm probably down.
To keep fit I swim, cycle, and do yoga regularly. I also dabble in the gym, but a good hike is my favourite.
I work in tech now after previously being a physics teacher (and a few random side adventures here and abroad - happy to share!).
About you ~
I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy, easy to live with, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines.
I do enjoy a friendly, social home - chats in the kitchen, shared meals now and then, perhaps even an occasional games night, countryside walk, or show at the Old Town Hall - but it works best when everyone is naturally self-sufficient.
People from all backgrounds are welcome.

Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂
