Hi,

I will have two double rooms to rent, both with their own bathrooms One will have another separate room space ideal for any home working, personal lounge or additional storage. The other bedroom is larger and has a super king bed and two double wardrobe spaces.

The property has a good size kitchen, separate laundry room, dining area and a wonderful landscaped garden with a variety of plants and several seating areas.

Parking is available. One private driveway space and also parking on the street immediately outside. There is a garage for anyone with a motorbike.

I'm looking for housemates who are clean and tidy, friendly, independent and respectful of all. I have two cats. The property can accommodate more cats potentially but dogs will not be suitable (sorry). I'm a shift worker, so shift workers definitely welcome. I'm very understanding!

Through my work, I can offer a free travel nominee staff pass for tube, bus and overground travel (including London North Western Railway Watford Junction to Euston), to one house mate.

Current schedule will be that one room will be available in April and the other in June.
