Hello! I’m a doctor who’s just purchased a house to live in.

The house is fully furnished and has 2 large bedrooms and 3 smaller bedrooms and a large garden. I intend to be a live in landlord and rent out the 2 large bedrooms to lodgers for 6-9 months until I get married in the summer and my wife moves in with me! (At which point I wouldn’t have any more lodgers).

I would prefer to live with academics or other healthcare professionals because I feel we would get along well.

The house is a less than 10 minute walk to Hendon Central station and a 7 minute walk to Central Middlesex University. There is plenty of free on street parking available.

The 2 bedrooms are 18-20m^2 each and both come with large built in wardrobes so there is plenty of storage space. There will also be 2 empty bedrooms and a garage in case you need more storage space, but this can be discussed.

There are 2 bathrooms in the property, a large dining/sitting area, well sized kitchen and a large garden.

All bills are included including council tax and fast WiFi. Viewings will be possible from 21st September onwards.

Please note that I am looking for 1 individual only in each bedroom - Couples would not be possible unless renting a room each.
