I now have two rooms available and would be looking ideally for someone that does not work from home, to take over either of the rooms., reason is I also work from home!
I REALLY NEED SOMEONE WHO IS GOOD AT DIY FOR VERY REDUCED RENT PLEASE.

The house is located in Stoke Row, which is only a 10 mins drive to Henley on Thames where you will find all amenities like shopping, cafes, gym.... and only a 20 mins drive to the center of Reading. (unfortunately there is no public transport so access to a car is necessary)

Stoke Row is a lovely little village surrounded by forests, farms, beautiful Walk as well as a local cafe/shop.

The rent includes all amenities, such as electricity, water, heating and Wifi. The ideal candidate is someone who is clean, respectful, and who treats the home as their own. This person will have access to all parts of the house except for my office and bedroom. The room also comes with its own parking space!
