We have a spacious double room to rent in an old farmhouse close to the historic towns of Ross on Wye and Monmouth. The property is in a rural location so perfect for those who enjoy walking and cycling but not those who rely on public transport or anyone seeking an abundance of nightlife although the owls do tend to get raucous.
The room is fully furnished with a large built in wardrobe and additional storage in the two airing cupboards for towels and bed linen. There is a newly decorated bathroom next to the bedroom and although the property has three bedrooms the bathroom is shared with only one other person. It consists of a roll top bath and shower and washbasin. So looking for someone clean and tidy and respectful. One house mate works nights so full time employment only and no homeworkers .Cats considered but sorry no dogs .
