Hello!

I am looking for another university student to take over my room in a 4 bedroom flat in Gorgie. You would be sharing with three 4th year chemical engineering students at Heriot-Watt. Ideally looking for someone to take over asap (though January starts would also be fine) with tenancy ideally last until May-June 2019.

The room itself is very spacious and comfortable and features a double bed, with plenty of room for a desk/study space. The property features a large kitchen/living area, a bathroom complete with shower/bath and separate shower room. The property also have off street car parking.

The flat is situated on Westfield Road in Gorgie, right next to Sainsbury's Gorgie. It is a 15 minute drive/ 25 minute bus ride into Heriot Watt university/Napier University. There are also very good bus links to the centre of Edinburgh.

The rent would be £400 per month, with gas and electric costing around £20 per month and broadband being £10.50 a month. The flat is let by Cullen Property so a contract must be signed with them prior to the tenancy commencing.
