Looking for a flatmate to take the extra room in our 3 bedroom Flat which is located at Calder/Sighthill. We're both easy going guys studying at Heriot-Watt. Ideally, our new flatmate should be a student as well (due to tax reasons). The rent is £385 pm including the wifi bill (a one month deposit of £375 is however required). Other bills tend to be in the region of £35 per flatmate (could be less though). The room is furnished with a bed, study desk, wardrobe, and a lazy chair. It will be available from the 1st of December.
