My current room mate is moving out (move out date might vary slightly) and I am looking for a new person to fill the space. Flat is in an excellent location a few minutes from Haymarket and Fountainbridge as well as having a co-op and Lidl in close vicinity. Parking is alalible as well, bill I have recently managed to reduce and is £57 for gas and electricity and internet is £45 split 2 way (i. e £51 a month).
