A spacious and bright double bedroom with an en-suit shower and toilet. There is a large wardrobe and full length mirror and two bedside tables.

The flat is in an ideal location. Lovely and quiet area around it but it’s only an 8 minute walk to Waverley station and the city centre. Ideal bus roots near by and food shops at the end of the street. I’ve recently moved in myself and I am loving it so far.

Just to say a bit about me: I’m a twenty three year old, Post-Graduate student, ideally looking for another mature student or young professional. I’m a relaxed person but do like to keep the flat pretty clean. I’m sociable and enjoy drinking and cooking with friends but also appreciate my down time so flat won’t be a party place.
