The buses stop 100m from the house and take 8 minutes to a large Designer Outlet. Livingston Centre boasts a number of restaurants, pubs & bars. Also, an 8 minute walk across the park is Mid Calder, where the independent pubs/restaurants and takeaways offer a different experience.
The ideal tenants will be clean, tidy and respectful of property and their fellow housemates. They must be willing to share household chores, taking responsibility for cleaning. Prospective tenants must be full time students or interns.
The house has recently been converted to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and in excellent condition throughout. We have two other properties and most of our student tenents stay for the duration of their course as they feel comfortable and safe. The houses DO NOT suit those expecting a party atmosphere whilst at university. The house is situated in a quiet residential area ideally suited to those intent studying.
There's also huge potential for employment opportunities in the area, as less students compete for jobs and there's both the retail complex & the large Houstoun Industrial estate close by
