Spacious bright double room by the sea available from 2/2/20 in a warm friendly household .There is a drive in drive out drop down driveway , so there is offstreet parking and no one here has a car so there’s plenty of room for yours.
.We have cats here so great if you're a cat lover .but unsuitable for you if you're not . You really must be sure you like them as well as the room..

The room is in a large detached property in a quiet area two minutes walk to the sea and I take one month's rent in advance plus one month's rent to start with, you get the rent in advance back if you give me one month's notice of leaving when you decide you want to leave . I use it for your last month here. Rent in advance is instead of a deposit, I also give you a contract .
There is easy public transport to Canterbury Christchurch and Kent Universities aswell as to Canterbury College .

No cannabis smokers thanks , I don't want anything like cannabis or drugs of any kind in my home , please don't contact me if this is your form of relaxation . It is 100% not permitted in my home . Unfortunately, due to previous experience , I have to state this along with no heavy drinkers . Again experience means I must state this too. I don't mind alcohol at all , but after a previous lodger turned out to have a very serious drink problem and what this meant for myself and the other occupants of my home at the time , means that now I do not accept heavy drinkers and it's best I make this clear in my ad . . I have a peaceful , calm atmosphere here and want to keep it that way .
New convection boiler fitted earlier in the year giving constant hot water and smoke alarms fitted by Kent Fire Brigade .

People work different shifts /hours so paths don't cross that often and you get plenty of space and privacy here .

Herne Bay station takes you to London Victoria and to Ramsgate. and there are buses that take you there a few minutes walk from the house .
Ashford is also accessible by train.. basically you can get to pretty much anywhere from here.
There is one bathroom with corner bath and shower hose and separate large shower and two separate toilets. There is also a separate laundry room.

Being so close to the sea and The Downs the house is great if you like running, cycling or walking ...sometimes people run cycle or walk to Reculver along the cliff path which is lovely and there is a nature park on the way and a nice pub by Reculver Towers once you get there.
The house is very calm, peaceful and relaxed, we are very chilled out here and it will suit a like minded respectful and courteous person .
