I will be very sad to leave but I am moving in with my partner. Mary, Xoana and I have been housemates for years, having met originally from Spareroom and are now lifelong friends! We originally lived in Brixton Hill and all moved to this new property together in March 2025. Beccy is a recent and fantastic addition to the house.

We are all working professionals who work a mix of in office and WFH. We're all in our late 20s/ early 30s and are looking for a housemate of a similar age. As a house, we enjoy spending time together, whether that's having a natter over a cup of tea in the morning, or having an impromptu BBQ when the sun is out.

The room will be available to move into on Sunday 12th April and is £925 pcm excluding bills. Bills are roughly £100 per month. Please note that a reference check will be required and the tenant is required to have an annual salary of at least 30 x their share of the rent (£27,750).
