The second is bigger (4.5 x 3 metres) and completely unfurnished. Dorchester Court is perched at the very top of Herne Hill, so has amazing views across London and sunsets and sunrises abound! The flats were designed in the 1930's by architects who were more known for their art deco cinemas. As such, they are extremely spacious and a bit quirky. There is a very strong community feel here and residents share a beautiful communal garden.
