I am moving out of a small double room in a 2-bed flat and am looking for someone to replace me on the lease. The flat is recently remodeled, stylish, and immaculate. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony overlooking the high street. The bus stop is at the base of our stairs, literally right in front of the house. It's about a 3-minute walk to Brockwell Park. It's a seven-minute walk to Tulse Hill Train Station and a ten-minute walk to Herne Hill train station. Equal distance from Co-op, Sainburry's and Cost-cutter. Nearby gyms are Brockwell Lido and Anytime Fitness. If you cycle there is a good spot to store your bike in the hall. The neighbors are nice and quiet and my flatmate is an absolute gem. He is in his 30s and a working professional. Please only apply if you will be clean and respectful of the space.

The room will be available on the 10th of April for an 11-month lease. Everything is furnished and move-in ready. Storage in the flat and room is minimal so the space would be best suited for someone who doesn't have a ton of things.

If you are a good fit you would need to apply through the housing agency Acorn to take my place on the lease and provide ID, Right to Rent, and proof of income.
