I have two cosy rooms in a quiet and tastefully decorated Victorian split-level home.
My son and I are easy to get on with. I come and go, teaching yoga at random times and move about lightly and independently. We just get on and weave in and out. My so is mostly at work or out. I would engage in a chat, here and there, but appreciate your space and privacy.
One room would be an ideal Mon-Friday let and the other would be good for a professional, not working full-time from home, as there is no desk set up.
I am in and out, daytimes and enjoy crafting or keeping the place presentable, when not teaching yoga classes.
Our living room can be used part-time, I. e. anytime we are out and about or at discretion.
Depending on level of use, the price is negotiable. between £650 for Mon-Fri and £850.
I have many heartening reviews on Airbnb. The vibe is a little like Airbnb, still.
There are two bathrooms, one being next to the upstairs rooms and my own private one is downstairs. The guest one has just been tastefully renovated.
The rooms suit travellers or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while relocating, or anyone with less than a complete household to bring.
We are near Brockwell Park and Thameslink services. and many local busses at the end of our quiet road connect to the West-End via Brixton Tube.

The yellow (smaller) room is only available from 3rd May to 30th of June and then again from August, and my other room is available from 25th May. It’s is suited for a longer stay.
