About the room:
Large and super sunny (south facing). It will be unfurnished so it only comes with huge built in wardrobe and shelves (these can be taken out). The room comes with plenty storage space just outside. It has enough space for a double bed, big desk and chest of drawers or bookcases. We can send you measurements if needed. And lastly, it has excellent WIFI signal!

Our House:
The house comes with a bathroom (and excellent power shower), separate downstairs toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a small but sunny living room. It has a large patio to the rear with a BBQ :)
One cool bonus: the house is detached, (so no noise from neighbours) and secured behind a locked gate.

The Area:
Based in Herne Hill, 5 mins walk from Herne Hill train station and 15 min walk to Brixton station (Victoria line). We’re located directly opposite Brockwell park and Lido so there's a nice place to walk around, swim/gym, etc.
The area has many cafes, local bakeries, pubs and restaurants nearby; supermarkets are also nearby, not to mention we’re very close to Brixton Market for fresh veg, fish and meat!

About us:
We are two working professional females in graphic design and education- we're hardworking, sociable, creative and witty to boot! We are always open to hanging out or making dinners but we are very independent and totally respect alone time.

We are very clean, particularly with communal areas (kitchen and bathroom is a militant must) and generally super chilled in the house. We have many shared interests including: music, cooking, films, exhibitions, walks in the wild, crafting, DIY, board games and obsessing over houseplants.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is sociable, tidy and respectful. Ideally with similar interests to us - we strive to be socially conscious, inclusive people, so no tolerance for any prejudices or ignorant mess. We highly value cleanliness, kindness and overall easy going-ness. Oh, and ideally you like cats as we have a lovely little beast :)

Rent is £730 (bills not included). The room will be available from late April and we're looking for someone long term to join the contract with us.
