I am currently doing up my house near Loughborough Junction station. It’s 10min walk to Herne Hill and close to Camberwell and Brixton.

The photos are from when I bought it so it will look different but at least it gives you an idea of the space.

I’m looking for someone to take over one of the rooms. I am open to short term or part time rentals.

Bit about me: I work in the drinks industry so work can often be busy and I like to have a chill tidy space to come home to. I love to cook, BBQ, read, listen to records, go out to nice restaurants and bars and I’m big into calisthenics (if you ever wanted to learn a handstand)

I am looking for someone who can slot into that vibe and is looking for a calm relaxed space to share and improve together.

I’m hoping all the work will be done by beginning of October so this would be an idea time to move in.
