We have a lovely elegant quiet room at the top of a large Victorian house, overlooking a very green wild garden. It would be great for a postgraduate student, or someone writing and reading a lot. The room has a desk, double bed. wardrobe etc. The house has an enormous modern eat in kitchen plus lounge plus 2 bathrooms and garden with squirrels. We also have a guest room for visitors. Looking for a friendly and independent person. Herne Hill has great transport - 10 mins to Victoria and 15 mins to Kings Cross; it also has a large park, a lido, a gym, pubs and cafes and bakeries.
