I am leaving London so need someone to replace me, starting from June or August. It's a very new house, very quiet and fully furnished. There are bus stops downstairs, and there is a railway station, ten minutes to reach the city center. Also 20-mins walk to the underground station. It is very convenient, there are many supermarkets downstairs. You will live with one very nice female housemate who is tidy, quiet. Her only request was not to bring people home too often for parties.
