3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Flat in Herne Hill. Available from 30th March.
We’re two flatmates Scarlett (33) and Sam (30) looking for a third female flatmate. The rent for the room available is £650pm plus £160ish bills.
Scarlett works in podcasting and Sam works in sales. We enjoy going to Brockwell park, the lido, music, running and the pub. We enjoy hanging out but are also respectful of each other’s space and are looking for someone similar. The flat is a great location, right near Brockwell park and a couple minutes walk from the station. We have a lovely room available which is a good size, quiet and unfurnished so great for anyone who has their own bed and wardrobe.
We have a nice shared living space with an open plan kitchen and living room. Our third flatmate will be taking some living room furniture with her so if you do have any that’s a plus! 😊
