Hi all, we have a large double room available in our sunny flat with big balcony.

The room is comfortably big enough for couples, with a big window, wooden floors. We live in an art deco style estate, and the apartment/room has lots of original features.

You'd be living with Eoin (38, likes swims in Brockwell lido, hiking, works in a bronze foundry making sculptures) and Ella (38, likes Brazilian jiu jitsu, saunas in Ruskin Park, learning German, works in the Civil Service).

Ideally we'd like to keep the flat a friendly and communal place. Bonus points if you like balcony and indoor plant gardening! It's also an LGBTQ+ friendly household. Eoin would love another veggie housemate.🌱

Bills are around £150 (includes broadband, water, electric. We don't pay for gas/heating as we're part of a communal system that serves all the flats).

We have a really active tenants' union, big shared garden, community veg patch and summer bbqs etc. It's a good place to befriend the neighbours/be befriended by them, if you're into
