This lovely large double room occupies the loft area of the house so is quiet and private with its own bathroom. There is plenty of space and storage. The room is currently furnished with a double bed with good quality mattress, bedside table, large desk and chair and shelves.
Rent includes all bills, wifi and shared kitchen, dining area and garden.

I live in the house, along with two other housemates and my dog - a very friendly flat-coat retriever. I work as a teacher and am easy going and friendly. I don't have loads of house rules - just that you are a decent human being and leave communal areas clean and tidy.

About the local area - We're about 7 mins walk from Herne Hill rail station, which has good connections to either Victoria (8 mins) or Elephant, Blackfriars and Kings Cross (approx 7 mins, 10 mins and 15 mins). The No 68, 468, 196 and 322 buses stop right outside the house so central London and Brixton are both easily accessible. Herne Hill has good shops, bars, restaurants and a weekend market. We are also right next to the lovely Brockwell Park.
