This is a really friendly house with some great people next to Hertford East station and the town centre. There is a lounge and kitchen with gas cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs.
The contract is vey flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave. you will be dealing directly with me the landlord so there are no nightmares with useless agents or extra fees.
