Room is furnished double en-suite with shower. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen, shared living room and back garden. Have of street parking. The house is stationed in a quiet area not far from town with local supermarket close by. The trains from ware can take you into London. There is a cat is the property so have to be ok with Animals. I'm looking for a social but non intrusive house mate. I've been doing house sharing since 2013 and got a lot of experience in sharing. Looking for house mate around the age's stated in ad. Must have references. Looking at 6 months to a year stay with the option to extend if both parties are happy.
