My wife is a lady in her mid-seventies who is disabled with MS, but has full mental capacity. Although confined to a wheelchair, she is able to weight bear for all necessary transfers. She does have a care package so any work you did with her would be to supplement this.

Although the flat is pretty much self-contained, the central heating system as well as the electricity and water supplies are all shared, so your actual status would be as a lodger rather than a tenant. A previous lady inclusive of the caring role was with us for 3 years but moved on to buy her own house
