We’re offering flexible room options in our modern 4-bed detached home 🏡 in a quiet HP13 setting, backing directly onto National Trust land with beautiful walking routes right on the doorstep — yet still within easy reach of shops, transport links and High Wycombe town centre.

It’s a peaceful, light-filled home with open countryside views and a relaxed, low-occupancy feel.

To keep things spacious and comfortable, we’ll either welcome one person into the en-suite room or two people into the double rooms — so there will always be a maximum of two housemates in total.
