Hi there,

I share a nice sized 4 bed house in Flackwell Heath (4 miles from High Wycombe - really good bus links to town) with my two very shy cats.

Assuming you have no cat allergy(!), I offer:
- a good sized, furnished double bedroom
- private use of the family bathroom (not en-suite but entirely for the your use)
- full use of the kitchen/utility room/large garden (great for BBQs!)
- plenty of parking on the drive
- all bills
- few shared 'chores' (I have a gardener and cleaner)

£900 per month (full time), £600 per month (Mon-Fri)

I am clean/tidy and really easy-going, liking a good mix of sociable and wanting my own space (which there is plenty of because there are two reception rooms).

I have always had lodgers since buying my first house in 2011. I've had a total mix of men/women/nb over the years, of all ages, for all different lengths of tenancy so I am pretty flexible.

No smokers please (even if you only smoke outside the house).
