I'm a 37 year old professional who works full time. I'm looking for another lady to share my home with and to maybe even hang out and relax with some evenings and weekends.
I have a furnished double room available with a built in wardrobe, double bed and bedside table. It is at the back of the house overlooking the garden and a children's park. I have a driveway that is big enough to fit 2 cars on and there is free parking all along the road. I have a good sized bathroom and garden, a large open plan living/dining room and a garage and garden shed for storage. All of which the lodger will be welcome to use. I also have 2 very friendly cats.

There is a bus stop very close to the house which has buses going to the town centre. Opposite the house there is a row of shops including a post office, off licence and Chinese takeaway shops. There are 2 small tescos within walking distance (ones up a steep hill though), and the retail park on London road is within walking distance as well.
