I am moving out of my lovely flat on the 10th March and am looking for someone to take my room. I have absolutely loved living here over the past year, such a rare find and great value for money! The flat is designed so you have spacious shared living areas but also your own "wing" with bathroom and double room.

You would be living with my housemate Olly, genuinely really nice laid back Australian guy in his 30s. He has been a dream to live with - clean, super chilled, very much treats the flat like a home. He's into the usual stuff, sport, good food, wine/beer, the outdoors, coffee, boxing, travel, london life. Works in project management and has lived in London for nearly 2 years now.

This flat has the BEST location!! I have been so chuffed with how easy it is to get anywhere and the area is amazing for any highbury/stokey fans.

7 min walk to Arsenal Tube (Picadilly Line)
12 min walk to Finsbury Park (Picadilly/Victoria Line and Overground to Old St/ Kings X and outer london)
10 min bus to Highbury and Islington or 20 min walk (Victoria Line/Overground)
20 min walk to Canonbury (Overground)
Bus stops right outside house both ways for 4 routes 19,4,236,106 - also takes you to Hackney/London Fields/ Clapton

You can literally go anywhere!

You would also be a 7 min walk to Clissold Park, 15 min walk to Church Street, 2 Sainsburys 10 mins walking distance and local organic grocer few doors down. There is also a Lidl at Finsbury Park 12 mins away. 10 min walk to the Castle Climbing Centre and 1 min walk from the greatest pubs Bank of Friendship and The Woodbine!!

On the street, there is also a pottery studio/yoga/pilates and bar studio called LIM, Fitness First in 3 mins walking distance, restaurants, salons, grocers and great brunch spots Beam, Franks and Finks. All in all, the perfect location.

Rent is £780 per month and around £130-50 for bills per person (council tax, water, internet. energy)
Landlord agency is the best - so communicative and efficient. Have fixed anything we have needed so speedily including a new boiler in 2 days! They are based on Upper St in Islington around the corner.
