Lovely and spacious 2-floor flat in the heart of Highbury, just two minutes from Highbury Fields, looking for a new flatmate.

About us:
We are three international girls working in the creative industry.

About the flatshare:
We enjoy having a clean and tidy home, where everyone can feel comfortable. We have a weekly cleaning schedule, so each person cleans the common areas once a month, but we expect our future flatmate to always clean up after themselves on a day to day basis.

The room is ideal for professionals. Not suitable for students. Please note that you have to be employed, the agency we are renting from does not accept freelancers or students.

N. B. The flat is furnished but some of the items in the photos are not included/ will be different. Also there is no living room.

Please note the room is available from the 4th of August on.

- On a quiet street in a clean, safe area.
- 2 minute walk from Highbury Fields.
- 7 minute walk from both Highbury & Islington and Holloway Road
Underground Station (Victoria, Piccadilly and Overground lines).
- 5 minute walk from Tesco Metro and Little Waitrose.
- 10 minute talk to Morrison and a larger Waitrose.
