Hi everyone! Welcome to our home!
We're looking for a new housemate to join our Highbury house!
THE ROOM
The room is a very bright and cosy space on the top floor of the house. It comes furnished with a bed, bookcase, chest of drawers, mirror and another tall set of drawers. (There is currently a desk in the room but that will not be staying)
THE HOUSE
We have a large open-plan living area, where we sometimes spend time together in the evenings with a glass of wine - we love the fact that our house is friendly and we'd welcome a housemate who wants to be part of our house family.
There are two bathrooms (one big, one small) and a small garden at the back of the house.
THE AREA
We're a short walk to lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants in both Highbury and Stoke Newington, and are close by to Clissold Park. The house is within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Arsenal, Highbury & Islington, Finsbury Park, and Canonbury Station.
THE HOUSEMATES
We are three girls (working in travel, fashion film, and music) who are friendly, considerate and fun. We all have our own social lives, but when we can, we often will go out to the pub, brunch or Sunday roast together, and we're looking for a sociable, clean, easy-going professional to live with us, and ideally people of a similar age to us.
Bills come to about £135 a month (including council tax, internet, gas and electric and fortnightly cleaner)
Ideally, we'd like someone to move in from the 26th July.
We look forward to hearing from you!
