Subletting my spacious double room with ensuite on Drayton Park (gorgeous street)! A stones throw away from Emirates Stadium - great vibe on match days!

The room is available for 6-7 weeks whilst I'm overseas from 19th Nov to 5th Jan. Price is £1,100pm (negotiable).

Highbury & Islington, Arsenal, Holloway Road, and Finsbury Park train stations are all within 10 min walk.

3-level, high-ceiling flat with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is solely yours) and massive kitchen & living room.

My room also comes equipped with an electronic standy desk (incl. monitor, keyboard, etc), a projector to watch Netflix while laying in bed, and a rack of scampi fries which you can help yourself to.

You'd be sharing the flat with two legends; Nikara (28yo, F, Aus), and Brooke (25yo, F, USA). Both are super nice, clean, polite, social, and well experienced in sharehouses.

Hoping to find a new (temporary) roomie or couple who are chilled, respectful and enjoys fun times together with us either at home, at the pub or wherever the lime bikes take us.
