Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flatmate to share my lovely 2 bedroom flat in highbury. It’s a bright, comfortable space with a balcony, large living room, seperate kitchen and dining area in the conservatory with great transport links, restaurants, cafes, delis and all the needed amenities nearby. The place is over three floors and the bedroom is on its own on the top floor. There is a giant bathroom with a standalone bathtub and separate stand up shower.

About me: I work in media and travel quite a bit for work, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. When I’m home, I like to keep things easy-going — a relaxed vibe, clean space, and the occasional shared meal or chat over coffee.

You’ll also be sharing the flat with my cat, a sweet older lady who mostly naps and keeps to herself, so ideally you’re someone who likes cats and doesn’t mind the occasional purr for company.
