Blackstock Road (the 23rd coolest street in the world according to Time Out1) right on your doorstep with all the wine bars, independent grocers, bookshops and amazing restaurants and pubs. 8 minute walk to Arsenal tube and 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park. Bus stop right in front of the door.

The flat is a one bedroom, modern walk-in shower, underfloor heating in the bathroom, built-in wardrobe and open plan kitchen / living room. With its high ceilings and perfect layout it feels bigger than it is :)

It would probably suit a single person best.

It's my personal space, not a soulless AirBnB flat, so would really like you to look after it and enjoy the space as if it's your own. Obviously fully furnished and kitted out!
