I’m leaving my flat and am subletting my cosy double room from between December 16 and January 20th. The room is in a furnished, relaxed flat, and you’ll be living with a lovely and respectful couple (both 30, both young professionals). Bills are included, and rent can be paid weekly, or monthly (950 pcm).

The flat is in an ex-council house, set on a lovely quiet street a few minutes walk away from the Canonbury overground, Newington Green, and Highbury and Islington Station.

The room comes furnished with a double bed + mattress, a build in wardrobe, and an extra wardrobe for extra storage. The flat has an equipped kitchen, a nice little living room, and a shared toilet + bathroom space.
