Hello and hope all is well! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Highbury from April 4th.

Right across the street from the Gunner's Pub! On sunny days with the windows open can hear the celebrations of a goal at the Emirates. 5min walk to Arsenal stadium and Piccadilly line, and about 15min to Finsbury Park station.

Room furniture included: the bed and mattress, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe.

The shared space and contains the kitchen, dining, and lounge area, getting loads of light.

It comes with the dining table and chairs, sofa and TV. The kitchen has everything you’d expect (including a dishwasher) and all in good nick, plus cupboard space to spare and a shared utility closet. Also has bicycle storage in the back of the building.

The location is amazing - right in the heart of Highbury. It's moments away from the Emirates. Also loads of green spaces - Highbury Fields, Finsbury Park, and the Parkland Walk in striking distance. Great area with cafes, restaurants, bars that I will miss dearly.

You will be moving in with Josh, a professional working in the city that enjoys football.

£921pcm before bills, which come to around £150 each. Very decent for the area.

*Note: You will be taking over for the last 4 months of the contract, when it can be renewed.
