🏡 The apartment is mid-20th Century and abundant with natural light. A lovely balcony for a morning coffee/meal in summer with shared living space and kitchen space. The apartment is fully furnished, with loads of wardrobe space (the dream!!).

📍 We’re less than 5 min walk from Arsenal station and Drayton Park, (6/7 to Holloway rd and 15 to Highbury) - handy if you train to work like me. 2 lovely parks are nearby as are many cafés and restaurants. Within 15 min on the tube you also have the vibrant Covent Garden

🙋‍♀️ A bit about me - I’m 30 (she/her) and work full time in marketing. I go into the office three days and work from home two days. I’m a Netflix fiend but also love to read. HIIT workouts are part of my morning routine and I love going out and travelling on the weekends. I've been living in this apartment for a few months now!

✨ I'm looking for a female who ideally works full-time, has sharehouse experience, and would treat our place as a home. Totally happy to respect each other's space, but would enjoy watching Netflix (and reality TV) together! Drinks on the weekend together would be a vibe, but this isn’t a party house.
