We have one double room becoming available in a five bed house. It has three bathrooms, a spacious garden, a kitchen, and lots of entertainment space in our living room. We are also a few minutes’ walk from Clissold Park which has deer!

💷 Rent is £880/month, plus bills which are currently ~£80 per month. The deposit is £969.

We are a 12 min walk to Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly line), 14 min walk to Canonbury overground (Windrush and Mildmay) and 18 min walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail)

⭐️ The remaining flatmates are four young professionals aged 23-25. Two of us work from home 3 days a week and another works occasionally from home.
