The room is in a cosy 2nd floor flat, shared with one other person – an easy going professional in his 40s who works shifts. Because of his varied schedule, the vibe is generally quiet and relaxed, making it ideal for someone who wants to come home to calm.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, considerate and easy to live with. It would be great to find someone who enjoys the occasional chat, shared meal, movie or games night, but is equally happy doing their own thing while respects each other's space.

We've been lucky to have had great experiences with a previous housemate, and we're hoping to find someone who'll enjoy living here and make themselves at home.

The room comes furnished and the flat has the usual amenities (except a dishwasher). This is a shoes off home where a cleaner comes fortnightly - this is non-negotiable.
