You will be sharing with two professional guys who work in IT and Tech, in their mid 30s. They’re both easy going and friendly, into the usual kinds of things... sports, going out, gym etc.

The living room gets the sun in the mornings. We have a dining table which seats six and two triple-seated sofas.

There are SMEG integrated appliances in the kitchen including a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The apartment is very accessible transport-wise. It's five minutes from Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line), two minutes from Drayton Park overland (straight to Old Street, Moorgate and the City), 10 minutes from Highbury & Islington tube (Victoria line) and therefore Upper Street.

There is a Tesco Express two doors away from the apartment block. A vast selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are close by, as well as the open spaces of Highbury Fields. It's a very nice neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from Upper Street, which has a wide choice of great restaurants, bars and boutique shops.
