We are looking for a flatmate!!

Available in an excellent location, the flat is only a 2-minute walk from Arsenal Tube Station, a 5-minute walk to Drayton Park Station, and a short walk to surrounding amenities. Finsbury Park is only a 12-minute walk from the flat.

The room and flat are fully furnished and well-decorated with a single bed, wardrobe and a desk, as shown in the photos. But if you want to put a double bed- that's no problem at all.

There is also a large storage cupboard in the hallway. Featuring an open-plan kitchen space, balconies, and a large hallway, the flat offers a spacious layout with plenty of storage.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, washer-dryer, and a large fridge-freezer.

Presented in excellent condition, the flat is very bright and weekly cleaned.

My name is Nicola. I'm Italian. I work as a sommelier in Mayfair. With another flatmate, Eugene, Product Manager. He works in the Tech company, mainly from an office in the City of London, four days per week.
