Looking for a girl flatmate for our flat in Highbury/ Stoke Newington - Right by Clissold park. Lots of shops and cafes near. 3 stations under 15 mins walk.

Large double bedroom plenty of space! Which makes up for us not having a living room. (We do have a sofa set up in one bedroom that we watch movies on.)

Most of the flat has been repainted or carpeted in the last few years but it’s very wonky and the bathroom and kitchen are dated. But you can’t argue with this price. (£600 + bills approx £80 ).

The house is a beautiful four story Highbury Town House on a stunning leafy avenue, and our landlady owns all flats in the house and adds tenants to a group chat - lovely to know the neighbours and great for parcels etc but thankfully its usually quiet 😅.

No smoking inside but you can smoke on the front steps if you are a smoker.

We’re open to someone friendly who wants to keep to themselves, or someone who’d like to hang out and socialise.

It’s an old flat so you have to stay on top of being clean and tidy. We prefer to wash up as soon as we’re done cooking and don’t leave dishes or plates in the sink.

The two of us are either side of 30, so looking for someone around our age or older. We’ve been here 8 and 2 years, both freelancers. Minowa is into music, dopamine dressing and manifesting, Elena is into to-do lists, Rom Coms and the colour pink. So we have breadth - no need to fit in, to fit in. Though we’re both lefties - politically not hands, if you need left handed scissors you’ll have to bring your own.
