Hi there!

I have one room for rent in my lovely 2 bed 1 bathroom flat in Highbury and Islington.

The apartment is in a historical listed building overlooking Highbury fields park and just a 3 minute walk to Highbury and Islington tube station on the Victoria line and overground, which is just 1 stop from King’s Cross. Highbury and Islington is a vibrant area with cute cafes, lovely restaurants and tennis courts, a pool and other amenities on our doorstep.

The bedroom is quiet and at the back of the flat, with a large wardrobe and bookshelves, a desk, and double bed. The flat has a modern open plan kitchen-living space with high ceilings and plenty of light.

The price includes all bills (WIFI, heating, water etc etc) excluding a cleaner which we will split the cost of.

You’ll be sharing with me - I’m in my early 30s and work as a freelance lawyer. I was born and raised in London but have lived in several countries abroad including Spain, Greece and Argentina. You’ll be taking over my sister’s room, as she’s moving out.

The flat is available from 2 March 2026 and available for minimum 2 months in the first instance (but I am flexible).
