Hi all,

I'm subletting my beautiful & spacious room in Highgate Village at the end of July - end of August with dates 25th of July - 23rd of August, whilst I'm away.

The charge for this period would be £800 or £400 for 2weeks.

Our house located in the heart of Highgate Village with some independent shops & amenities around. Hampstead Heath and Highgate Woods are less than 30 mins walk.

5 different buses with local bus stops serves your journey to town, whilst the nearby Highgate or Archway stations (10-15 mins walk) will supply you with the Northern line.

You'll share our flat with 2 lovely girls & only 1 of them shares the bathroom with you. We also have 2 very friendly cats in the house, who will sure entertain you. They like chilling in my room and they're the kindest souls who love strokes, pets, playing, being mischievous or just to curl up by your side. Their litter box is in the shared bathroom, which their mum takes care of regularly.

We are a tidy, conscientious household and we all are committed to our work, professions or other callings in life.

I'd like to have a clean, kind person, who respects her living environment and others to take my room as her temporary accommodation.
