I’m renting out a bright, comfortable double room in my split‑level flat on a quiet, classic North London street. The room has a great layout, with a proper double bed, plenty of storage, and a dedicated desk area by the window, ideal if you ever work from home or just want a calm space to switch off. It gets good natural light and feels really cosy and private.

The rest of the flat is spacious and well kept. There’s a newly renovated kitchen with great storage and modern appliances, plus a large, relaxed living room with big windows, a huge sofa and a proper TV setup. The bathroom is shared, but the flat never feels cramped thanks to the two-floor layout.

The location is a 10 minute walk to Archway Tube (Northern Line) and 5 minutes to Upper Holloway Overground. Highgate Village and Hampstead Heath are all close by, so you’ve got the best of North London on your doorstep.

I’m 28, work in the city, and I’m looking for someone similar: friendly, tidy, easy going, and ideally a professional. I’m looking to rent the room for a few months, so it’s perfect for someone who needs a solid base in London for 3-4 months.
