Right by Parkland Walk, a 30 minute walk to Finsbury Park and 30 minute walk to Hampstead Heath in the other direction. The house is unbelievably unique and charming, surrounded by forest and in a safe & vibrant area.

I am moving abroad and looking for a like-minded housemate to take over the tenancy. The housemates are one history of art student, and the another working in the film industry. Both enjoy making the house look beautiful and buying little treats for the fridge from the wide array of bakeries in the area.
The room contains two sofas and a double bed, ample storage, and two tables. It is next to the main bathroom on the ground floor.
There are two bathrooms in the house, a washing machine and an outdoor seating area.

We are looking for someone chilled out, responsible and tidy most of all, hopefully with similar creative interests and of a similar age (20s).
