Hello,

I am looking for someone or a couple to take over my lease - ending mid-October - as I will be moving with my friends!

The flat itself is only 6-7 minutes away by walking from Archway station, there are a good number of buses that operate 24/7 that are only 1-2 minutes away from the property. The area itself is surrounded by markets, with a sainsburys, aldi, M&S around as well as plenty of hardware or convenience shops.

The bedroom currently has a double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a desk and chair. There is a lot of storage, all as seen in the pictures. The room can also accommodate couples (the previous tenants of my room were a couple).

There is a shared kitchen, dining space and bathroom, and all shared spaces are managed and cleaned by the estate agency.

Council tax, water and Wifi are included, gas and electricity are not (so far, they were around £30-40 total for this room during the winter months)
