**Posting on behalf of the lovely flatmate who is staying; I’m the one who has moved!**

“Hey,

I’m looking for a flatmate to take over the double room + bath in my flat, available now. It’s a lease that lasts until Oct 1st, with the option to extend after.

A little bit about the flat and area:

1341 P/m (utilities not included, but wifi is currently 21.5 pm each and gas/bills are paid quarterly and fluctuates).

It’s a 2 bed 2 bath, so you have your own bathroom with full bath, bedroom and then we have a big shared living room and kitchen. The flat gets tons of light from the large windows. In the summer especially, we get the best sunsets and sunset viewing from the living room.

It’s located 5-10 min walk to the Northern line station “Highgate” and many different buses. Super safe to even walk at 3 am or whenever, the area is pretty much all residential and really calm.

It’s a 30 min walk to Hampstead Heath (a really beautiful walk), under 15 minutes to Highgate village (which feels like you’ve been transported to the British countryside). You have access to good bakeries, pubs and restaurants, lots of convenience/off licence grocery stores, pharmacy, hairdresser—pretty much all you need within 5-10 minutes.

Property is managed by our lovely landlord, who always accessible if anything is needed with the flat.

A bit about me:

I’m 27, German-American, a fashion designer, who is currently pursuing my masters at CSM and will be graduating in the spring. I love fashion, all the arts, politics, footie (both women’s and men’s), reading, good music and podcasts, both great films/documentaries and trashy reality tv. I also love being active, long walks, cooking and eating new food and travelling. I’m quite clean/organised and love hanging out with my flatmates, but also respectful of personal space and alone time, pretty easy going in general.

To add: the room is move-in ready. I’ve included photos of how I’ve formerly used the space as well as the bare-bones version of what the room comes with as it is now - a double bed, storage unit and bedside table. I’m selling the folding ladder chair, shelf and flat weave rug so there is the option to keep these as well. There is also a large closet opposite the window with lots of storage space and full length mirrors, which I’ve used every day.
