Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Archway, as I’ve had a change in circumstances and sadly need to move out.
You’d be living with Maia (24), a friendly and easygoing working professional. We’re looking for someoneof a similar age who’s sociable, tidy, and keen to live in a relaxed, welcoming home rather than just a place to sleep.
The room is a large double, fully furnished with a bed (with under-bed storage), wardrobe and bedside table. I also have a desk, chest of drawers and mirror that I’d be happy to sell if useful.
The flat itself is bright and spacious, with an open-plan kitchen and living area, two bathrooms (one with a large rainfall shower), and floor-to-ceiling windows that get loads of natural light. There’s also a shared garden with seating, which is great in warmer months.
We’re on a quiet residential street just 5 minutes’ walk from Archway station (Northern Line) / Upper Holloway (overground). Aldi, M&S Food Hall, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, plus lots of cafés and local restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk.
My flatmate doesn’t smoke, but smokers are welcome.
The practical bits:
• Rent: £1,175 PCM (excluding bills)
• Bills: approx. £78 PCM
• Council Tax: £108 PCM (per person)
• Tenancy runs until July, then becomes rolling
• Maia plans to move out in July, so you’d have the option to bring in a new housemate
• Move-in date: early to mid March. I can be flexible here.
If this sounds like your kind of place, send us a message with a bit about yourself and your availability for a viewing over the next week 😊
