My name is Diogo, I’m in my 20s and work in the City. I previously lived in this flat last year and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I had to move out, but I am now very keen to return.

The flat has 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms, and I am currently looking for 2 people to join me from the 1st of April.

This has been one of the best flats I’ve lived in during my time in London. The property was fully refurbished less than two years ago, so everything is modern, new and finished to a very good standard.

The landlord is a lovely lady who is very responsive if any issues arise and fixes things quickly.

The flat is located within a 5-minute walk of Archway station, giving you access to the Northern line. You can reach central London in around 20 minutes, and there are plenty of shops nearby including Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco and Aldi. There are also a couple of gyms in the area.

The neighborhood is relaxed and quiet, making it a great place for anyone who wants a comfortable home with a quick commute to central London.

The property is rented as a whole flat and only heating is included. Remaining bills are typically around £120–£150 per month.

I’m ideally looking for people around a similar age who are clean, respectful and easygoing. I work most of the time, so the flat tends to be a quiet and relaxed environment.
